FAKELORE is a stop motion animation series inspired by folktales from North and South American countries. Our project aims to retell our ancestors’ stories through a combination of traditional stop motion animation, digital techniques, and artfully crafted environments. FAKELORE is a collective of several artists: Nyahzul, Caroline Voagen Nelson, Palu Abadia, and Christina Lafontaine.
